FIELD INSPECTION
Field inspections are performed periodically throughout the duration of a project. They are usually scheduled on an as-need basis. WI&C collaborates with contractors, erectors, and anyone else involved to maintain compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
SHOP OR IN-PLANT INSPECTION
Some projects require periodic in-plant inspection or even continuous (full-time) observation at a fabrication shop. In these cases, WI&C works with your QA/ QC to ensure that all steps of the fabrication process (material preparation, fit-up, welding, painting) are compliant with welding codes and project requirements.
